吉柏锋,博士,澳门永利唯一官网304副教授、博士生导师。作为项目负责人主持有国家自然科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划子课题、教育部博士点科研基金项目、湖北省自然科学基金面上项目、海南省科技计划自然科学基金联合项目等国家和省部级纵向科研项目,作为核心成员参与有基础加强计划重点基础研究项目、国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目等国家重点科研项目。在ENERGY、RENEW ENERG、J WIND ENG IND AEROD、CERAM INT等国内外学术期刊发表论文70余篇。申请/授权国家发明专利40项。出版学术专著《下击暴流的形成与扩散及其对输电线塔的灾害作用》(瞿伟廉、吉柏锋, 科学出版社,2013)。学术兼职:国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家、全国研究生教育评估监测专家、湖北/广东/海南/江西/黑龙江等省科技厅科技项目评审专家、武汉市房屋市政工程安全生产专家、武汉市住房和城市更新局市政基础设施建设质量安全专家、湖北省土木建筑学会电算应用专业委员会秘书长。受邀担任国内外30余个高水平学术期刊的论文评审专家,包括《振动与冲击》、Journal of Wind Engineering and Industrial Aerodynamics、Physics of Fluids、Applied Energy、Renewable Energy、Energy、Acta Geotechnica、Advanced Engineering Materials等。
